William Jandrisits

William Jandrisits is an experienced senior executive with real estate lending and investment experience. His experience extends to the management of publicly traded, federally regulated financial institutions in North America, including debt capital markets activities for one of the largest real estate private equity funds in the USA. He has completed financing for large complex acquisitions and has managed the lending operations for mid-market commercial, builder finance and single-family mortgage platforms, and the associated risk management.

Prior to co-founding Normera Capital Partners, Bill was the President & CEO of MCAN Mortgage Corporation. MCAN is a publicly-traded, federally regulated financial institution and the only Mortgage Investment Company with CDIC Deposit Insurance access. He led the corporation through significant growth and the development of its corporate infrastructure. While at MCAN Bill was a member of the Investment Committee of the KingSett Capital High Yield Fund from the fund inception from 2014 to 2019.

Bill spent over four years at Starwood Capital Group in Greenwich, Connecticut where he held the positions of Director of Finance and Director of Investor Relations & Strategic Initiatives – Canada. He was responsible for all debt capital market activities, including, the origination, structuring, and execution of asset-level and fund/corporate-level financing activities. He spent over 13 years with RBC Financial Group, holding positions including Industry Manager for Real Estate and Managing Director North American Real Estate for RBC Banking. During his tenure with RBC, he was responsible for various aspects of real estate lending activities in Canada and in the USA. He was head of RBC’s Banking North American Real Estate Group, responsible for lending operations including loan production and portfolio monitoring and management of financial performance.

Bill holds the Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations with FINRA. He completed an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a Member (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Thomas Mykityshyn

Thomas Mykityshyn is an accomplished capital markets and business development professional with a deep background in fixed income credit markets. He has held senior positions at major securities firms focusing on product distribution, relationship management, deal sourcing, and capital raising.

Prior to co-founding Normera Capital Partners, Tom spent four years as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Money Market Sales and Global Co-Head of Money Markets for NEX Markets Plc, a direct money market electronic trading platform in the USA where he initiated and cultivated relationships with Corporate and Bank Treasurers, Money Market Funds, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.

Tom spent nine years as Managing Director with Guggenheim Securities in various leadership positions focusing on Structured Credit Finance and distribution, as well as capital raising for both existing and de novo platforms. He served as the firm’s Municipal Principal for most of his tenure.

He was Managing Director, Head of North American Credit Sales at Calyon Securities, Inc, responsible for marketing fixed income products and enhancing banking relationships in the USA and Canada. He was Head of Capital Markets Sales at Toronto Dominion Securities, USA, responsible for Structured Credit and Equity Derivatives institutional distribution in North America. Preceding TD, Tom spent eight years at Deutsche Bank as part of a team that formed the RMBS, CMBS, and ABS businesses. He was one of the early pioneers of the firm’s Relationship Management business.

Tom holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 53, 63 and 79 registrations with FINRA. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Seton Hall University, where he currently sits on the Leadership Advisory Board for the W. Paul Stillman School of Business.
